The fee doesn't include payment for exam centres or arrangement for registration, simply because it would be less expensive for you to carry out the registration by yourself directly with the exam centre closest to you.  We're aware that some distance learning providers indicate in their information that they provide exam registration service included in the course, however, that'll increase their course fee beyond what it would have cost you if you handle the registration directly by yourself. It's as simple as filling in a form that'll be given to you by the exam centre; as simple as that!
